This is a song I wrote some years ago and had the pleasure of getting to record it with one of my heroes, the late Larry Rice. Larry was such an enormous talent. I'll never forget the things I learned from him, and his genuine kindness and friendship. This was on my "Mandolin Fiesta" CD, which is now out of print. I wanted to share Larry's singing here with other fans who may not have heard this. This song also was recorded by Mike Auldridge, Richard Bennett, and Jimmy Gaudreau (Auldridge, Bennett, & Gaudreau) on their CD by the same title. What an honor! Thanks for listening.
