LANDLORD MAKING A NAME FOR HIMSELF ON THE INTERNATIONAL CIRCUIT.

Orlando Miller continues to blaze trails in the international music arena. His chart topping single We Need Peace done in collaboration with Jamaican recording artist Luciano continues to rise long after it has been released. This humble soft-spoken artist is busy spreading Gods word throughout the archipelago of The Bahamas and indeed the world.

Landlord as this artist is popularly known as, story began a very longtime ago. He is still very young, but his troubled past makes it seems like he has lived several lifetimes. He grew up in a country where both of his parents were foreign, both seeking economic refuge. This was frowned upon when he was a child and is still not accepted in todays society. An outcast is what most people considered him. His parents faced lots of obstacles most of them financial, which affected him deeply. To say he grew up poor is an understatement. His mother and brother both face health issues that continue on to this day. The family moved constantly because of these harsh economic times. This caused Orlando to turn to music as a means of escape. He gives credit to his brother-in-law Patrick Knowles for encouraging him and also taking him under his wing. He traveled with Patrick to many parties and served as hype man and D.J. Thus began his great love affair with music.

This love grew and he continued to pursue it. He soon began running with the wrong crowd and found himself doing a lot of things to fit in. In the centre of town one day, he found himself smack in the middle of a gathering. Those folks invited him to church and he accepted the Lord as his personal Saviour. Bahamas Faith Ministries became a new home for him and he received lots of encouragement from the members. He linked up with others in the church like Ken from Christian Massive who had already recorded an album. He received guidance from him in this area. He traveled with the churches pastor, Myles Munroe on many oversees trip, ministering to people in song. This opened many doors for him and for this he is very grateful.

With both parents being from Jamaica, he traveled there and met some individuals that assisted him in furthering his career. There he met his producer Trevor Skatta Bonic. Skatta re released The monster hit We Need Peace and it soared even higher and the rest they say is history.

Most recently Landlord was awarded three Marlin Awards. This Award salutes excellence in Caribbean Gospel Music. One of which was awarded for Song of the Year.

He is now a much sought after artist with tour dates in Japan, Trinidad, Africa Tulsa, San Diego and many more.
