DESCRIPTION:
The Manta Rays feature the musical talents of singer/songwriter Ben Brown on guitar and right-hand man Tony Zaccardi on bass. The Manta Rays eventually disbanded but Ben and Tony went on to join other well known Minneapolis bands such as Kruddler, fronted by Shane Gallivan. In addition to Kruddler, Tony joined Romantica and needless to say, has an active touring schedule. Not much is known of the other two members of The Manta Rays. Some speculate that aliens played a role in their disappearance from the Minneapolis music scene.
