Kristin Lee Wood has been singing since she was a little girl appearing on stage for the first time when she was just 9 years old. With her father also being a singer, music was always a part of her home and life. With a permanent smile on her face this charming beauty from Fergus, Ontario is warm and inviting and always wanting to talk to her fans and anyone who loves music. The resonating comment from audiences when Kristin Lee performs is that she draws you in, her voice is true country. With being compared to the immense talents of Jennifer Nettles, Gretchen Wilson and Trisha Yearwood she is in good company. Kristin Lee recorded her first original EP with legendary producer Charlie Craig at EMI Studios in Nashville. This past winter Kristin Lee continued recording at Wellcraft Studios here in Ontario working with Jim Hopson and Taylor Abrams. Jim's words when he first heard Kristin in the studio were " Holy Girl Can You Sing!" Her first single "Live Like That" was released nation wide on KICX radio in May2011 It is a song about wanting to live life to the fullest and that is exactly what this talented young woman is doing, with great things to come.
