DESCRIPTION:
So this is the 3rd and final song from my recital for university. It's called 'Moonbeams' by Kristin Berardi. I was lucky enough to do a workshop with her earlier in the year and ever since then I have fallen in love with her voice, her personality and her musicality. I went to one of her gigs with the Jazzgroove Mothership Orchestra during the Melbourne Jazz Festival and heard this song. I instantly fell in love with it!! I am so glad I came across it!
I hope I have done it justice. It's such a beautiful song in so many different ways!
Big thanks to Kristin for allowing me to do this song for my recital, and for helping me out a little bit with finding charts etc.
Once again, big thanks to my amazingly talented band. These videos say more than words ever could about them and it was a joy rehearsing and playing with them!
