Sia’s steamy new music video for her latest single “Fire Meet Gasoline” has been released, and let’s just say the flames aren’t the only thing heatin’ up…

Today’s episode of Clevver News Feed is brought to you by the new movie The Age of Adaline - in theaters Friday!

What’s up guys, so mysterious musical genius Sia is at it again, this time with a new music video that is sure to fuel your fire, but hopefully not with gasoline… The video is filled with passion and anger and suspense and also raises so many questions and theories that I just can’t even, so I’m ‘bout to break down 5 of the most memorable highlights and I’ll let you be the judge of what on earth is going on here, so here goes nothin’!

The video starts out with model Heidi Klum… yes, HEIDI KLUM, which counts for like 5 highlights in itself, but I digress. She seems to be playing a character who is happily in love, as she frolicks through a meadow with her love interest, but later heats things up as she leaves little to the imagination in a lingerie outfit and ends up frolicking between the sheets. Take a look:

Seriously, the girl can do no wrong. But this actually brings me to the second highlight because Heidi’s love interest and his sexy smolder, rock hard abs, probably also sparked your attention. That’s because you’ve seen Pedro Pascal in some of the most memorable and epic Game of Thrones episodes. Shout out to season 4! But we see a whole different side of him here. Yep. Sign me up for that.

For highlight #3, I’m gonna try to go a little deeper into their messed up love story, which a lot of us can probably all relate to. So after a few scenes of the happy couple being all gross and adorable, things take a turn for the worse… Heidi’s character begins spilling gasoline all over and lights the house on fire.

Sooooo there’s obviously a whole metaphor thing going on here, AKA the couple is passionate and in love with each other, but they clearly go together like fire and gasoline. Throughout the video, there are flashbacks of happier times, but ultimately the memories, the house and the relationship are burned to the ground by the end of the video. So that’s that.

For highlight #4, as if the burned house wasn’t awful enough, Pedro’s character gives Heidi’s character a parting gift… a bloody rock that looked like a human heart at first glance. Maybe he’s trying to tell her she has a stone cold heart, maybe he’s trying to tell her that she’s his rock, SIA HELP ME OUT HERE, GIRL.

But for the 5th and final highlight, alert the media you guys because Sia makes an appearance in her video!!! Ok, so her wig does, but for Sia, that’s the same thing. At the end of the video while the house is burning down, Heidi’s character grabs a blonde wig and runs out of the house while putting it on… which leads me to conclude that this is, yeah, another metaphor.

Heidi Klum hinted about Sia’s major role in the video saying QUOTE, “The wig is iconic and that was something Sia really wanted me to wear. I love wearing wigs and wearing her wig, her iconic wig.” Mystery still not solved.

So… questions? Concerns? Yeah, me too. It’s obvious Sia used this video to tell a heartbreaking story, so I’m just gonna go out on a limb and try to sum the video up as fast as I can…. So boy meets girl, boy and girl fall in love and think happily ever after, boy and girl take things to the next level and into the bedroom, boy and girl realize they’re no good for each other, but boy and girl still love each other, girl goes crazy and sets the house on fire to rid herself of the memories and to signify toxic relationship, boy gives girl parting gift that looks like he’s giving her his heart but it’s not really his heart because it’s a rock, girl puts on wig that signifies Sia who is actually the one who was in a no good relationship all along and BAM there you have it. Mystery solved, Sia.
