DESCRIPTION:
I am a Musician, Producer, and Songwriter. Out of necessity, I have also had to learn Audio Engineering and Mastering. I play Bass and Keyboards. I have been playing bass and recording music for over 20 years. I once flunked out of college because I would rather practice playing my bass instead of going to classes.
My music can be best classified as a blend of Funk, Neo-Soul and R&B. My music sounds similar to the following Artists/bands: Cameo, Parliament-Funkadelic, Zapp & Roger, Gap Band, Dazz Band, Guy, Blackstreet and 112. My music producer influences are George Clinton, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, Teddy Riley, Prince, Ray Parker Jr., and Quincy Jones.
The bottom line is this... "I make music that I want to hear! My music is not created for the masses. I create music for a niche group of music lovers, like myself, that feel left out by commercialism, mass media, radio, etc.! I look forward to connecting with you in future.”
