These island queens are bringin the heat!
Formed in 2003, these girls bring to the people a unique blend of reggae, hip-hop, and R&B with a melodic harmony that some say could only be heard from heaven's angels above. How would you best describe their sound? How about a clash between Na Leo Pilimehana and En Vogue. where the best of both worlds collide. They also credit many more female artists for their talents which can include some of Hawai'i's greatest na wahine: Amy Hanaiali'i, Loyal Garner, Kaleo-o-kalani, Theresa Bright, to voices well remembered from yesterday like Phoebe Snow, The Supremes, and Patti LaBelle. ALso influenced by today's hottest voices like Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Tanya Stephens, Gwen Stefani, and da late great Aaliyah.
