On Kate Taylor's 1970 album "Sister Kate". Linda Ronstadt on prominent backing vocals. Elton John's version is on his "Tumbleweed Connection" album. The recordings were done around the same time. Kate Taylor is James Taylor's sister. James also played guitar on the album.
