Karin Åberg

Karin Åberg comes from the woods of northern Sweden and takes us on a journey with the sole ambition to move and touch us emotionally. Since 2003 she has performed on various locations in Sweden ranging from Piteå in the very north to Växjö in the south. She has also spellbound radio listeners with her bare and genuine pop music. Her lyrics are intimate and with a detailed and poetic rhythm.
During 2010 she played festivals such as Karl-Oskardagarna in Växjö and Säljerydsfestivalen in Ingelstad. She has also performed on Allsång i Linnéparken in Växjö and live on Swedish Radio on Sveriges Radio Kronoberg.
During 2011 Karin started recording songs for an album which is planned to be released in 2012.
