Hi I'm Mike Downey the CEO of Lead Alliance Music Group. We are a music publishing company in the United States of America. We ensure music producers get the credit they deserve and we collect payments and royalties for them. One of the producers we represent is Kajmir Royale. It was brought to my attention last year that an artist in Slovakia named Rytmus was using three of our instrumentals on his latest album. The producer of the instrumentals is Kajmir Royale. We represent the copyrights for Kajmir Royale, two of which were filed in 2007 and one of which was in 2009. We are working professionally to clear this situation up where Johnny Kortis received these instrumentals from a reseller of Kajmir Royale back in 2008. Johnny Kortis acted as an agent or in music business terms an executive producer of the tracks. Johnny Kortis was not the producer of the instrumentals, Kajmir Royale was. Until 4/27/2010 there was nothing in writing provided to me that Rytmus ever purchased the beats from Johnny Kortis. I am glad to report on 4/27/2010 that we are working towards clearing things up with Rytmus and Kajmir Royale.
