DESCRIPTION:
Themes from Disney's first Pirates of the Caribbean film released in 2003, featuring arrangements of the soundtrack pieces "The Medallion Calls" and "He's a Pirate" composed by Klaus Badelt/Hans Zimmer and originally recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra.

This cover was recorded in 2017 in conjunction with the release of the fifth film in the franchise. I arranged the music for a quartet of four cellos and a double bass and wrote every percussion sound in manually.

Video was directed by Liz Smith and produced by Jason Scott Phillips, with camera work by Liz Smith and Anthony Esposito and additional help from Aline Firmo.
