Here are a couple of FiddleTunes featuring Josh Goforth of The Lorraine Jordan & Carolina Road Bluegrass Band. Josh is a 2010 Grammy award Nominee. I first met Josh at a bluegrass festival in arizona last year. Josh belted out a couple of fiddle tunes on my Frank Daniels Fiddle. That video is also posted here on U Tube. Four-time Grammy winner David Holt and acoustic music star Josh Goforth join together for their first live duo recording, Cutting Loose. This is the album that Josh is nominated for. The joy and spirit of old-time music and stories come to life in the hands of these two exceptional performers. The first tune is called Sourwood Mountain and the second tune is the Yellow Rose Waltz. I shot this footage at a bluegrass festival in Yuma Arizona last Saturday known as Bluegrass in the Park. It is always a great festival and is put on by L&S Promotions....Larry and Sondra Baker. They are also the promoter for several other very good festivals in Arizona and California. They always have top name Bluegrass groups and always put on a terrific festival!!

1/1/10 update.....Sadly Josh was not a Grammy winner this year....but I'm sure he will have other nominations...and will someday be a Grammy winner! Congratulations Josh....and best of Luck in your future endeavors........
