DESCRIPTION:
ginTonic performs the song " Skyfall ", 2012, written by Adele and producer Paul Epworth. (I have reposted with a better video file...hope you all like it)
We really like this song...why? Because it's interesting and un-intuitive, but somehow still makes sense musically. It really sets a mood...dark, mysterious, sexy, sad...what do you think? We recorded this in 1 take using a Yeti mic and Mac with Garageband. The instrumental midi sequence was created by George Brasovan and he plays the piano on the track also. Vocals were done in a single take by Tricia Cole and are as recorded...no pitch corrections or fancy effects. All took place in Grimsby, Ontario.
