This is Black Cat Grave playing at Slims as the opening band for the Death Angel Christmas show. The band memebers are Bryan Kehoe (ex MIRV/current Les Claypool's Duo de Twang) and Tim Soya (Victims Family/The Kehoe Nation). I edited the video in Premiere Pro CS6 and the audio in Adobe Soundbooth.
