Filmed in April of 2010 at The Garabaldi Theatre in Modica Italy. The Eddie Gomez Trio features Philadelphia Pianist Mark Kramer who is joined by the late pianist Bil lEvan's last drummer - Joe LaBarbera. Legendary Eddie Gomez was Evans' longest running bassist. The present trio toured 10 cities in Italy. Billed as a "tribute to Bill Evans" by its organizers, the trio also presented its own original music and style. This marks the first time Gomez and LaBarbera played together. Here the trio performs Up With the Lark, an obscure tune Evan's made his own.
