Education/Training: Born 1972 in the same hospital Elvis died in, Memphis, Tennessee, taught from the age of 5 by original members of the famed Memphis band The Box Tops, Bill Cunningham and Danny Smythe, also by Hombres front man, and now passed bassist for Jerry Lee Lewis, B.B. Cunningham. Performance in school band/orchestra from the age of 9, private instruction from prodigy wielding percussion instructor Rich Cesani, attended 6 years of study at the University of Memphis, full scholarship for music performance under the direction of senior percussionist for the Memphis Symphony Orchestra, Frank Shaffer.

Performance credits and special events include: (USA)-2 years with Little Milton, toured and recorded with this now passed master of the blues in support of Grammy nominated album "Welcome to Little Milton" up for best contemporary blues album of the year in 2000, including a joint tour with Gov't Mule for the majority of 2000. While on tour with Little Milton, shared the stage with greats such as Warren Haynes, George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, James Brown, B.B. King, Kenny Wayne Shepard, Keb Mo, James Cotton, Patti Labelle, not to mention over 300 club dates as well. Bobby "Blue" Bland, performed 4 tours with this Grammy winning blues vocal powerhouse. The legendary Memphis Horns (Wayne Jackson and Andrew Love), The Dave Matthews Band (support tour), Numerous Professional Theatre Productions, Blind Mississippi Morris, Bobby Little, the late guitar prodigy Corey Osborn, The Memphis Symphony Orchestra, Barbara Blue, founding member of Brad Birkedahl and The Burnin' Love Band (The Dempseys' Ex-Front Man), Freeworld, Peter Degloma in Mannequin Fingers (in support of recent release), Rockabilly Hall of Famer Landon Lane. (EUROPE)-Ex-Rolling Stone Mick Taylor, Todd Sharpville (U.K.'s Album of the Year winner in '94, and Guitarist of the Year in '95), Keith B. Brown (Memphis International Blues Competition Winner in 2000), "Big" Joe Turner (Bassist w/B.B. King, Little Milton and Albert King), and Leo Sayer.

Session credits include: Jerry Lee Lewis, James Burton (1991)(Various Studio Cuts), and Rockabilly Hall of Famer, Lee Denson (1998), recorded album "Pied Piper of Louisiana", recorded "Hola Day"(2004) and toured with latin rock sensation The Carlos Ecos Band (Nominated for Regional Grammy), also a track on "Memphis Music Today" (2004), "Calculated Precision" (1997) with Peter Degloma and Brandon Rivas (Donald Harrison), "Mellowoyowellem" (1994), and "Family Jewels" (1997, featuring original Memphis Horn Joe Arnold) with Yow, including a track on the Gravelsauce label's compilation "Something Wicked this Way Comes"(1996), and newest release "Taking Flight"(2012) with Mannequin Fingers.
