Buddy Holly a rock and roll pioneer died after only a year of fame. His plane crashed February 3, 1959 in Grant Township, Iowa. He was only 22 years old. Buddy Holly was a profound influence on Elvis Presley, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, and Elvis Costello. Dr. Quisling has written a song inspired by the dreams of these artists which was based on the song Mrs. Robinson written by Paul Simon and made famous by Simon and Garfunkel.
