About EL JAVI:
Javier Gutierrez is a teacher, guitarist and composer, living in Los Angeles. After studying rock music, Javi became interested in flamenco guitar, and ventured to Andalusia, Spain, where he studied at Taller Flamenco in Seville. He soon found himself experimenting with Flamenco guitar techniques, and began blending flamenco with rhythms of his native Mexico, creating his own unique sound.
