DESCRIPTION:
My first homebuilt mesh head for my OSP DD502. I was apprehensive to try this because it seemed like alot of time to put in on a "budget" electronic kit but I thought I would give it a shot to get that VDrum feel. I use this kit to record drum tracks for a few projects but they are loud, have weird velocity and dynamic properties in Superior Drummer, and have an overall shit feel when you play them. Like hitting cinder blocks!! The mesh head changed all that. Great dynamic and velocity translation, they are not loud at all, and they feel as close to VDrums as you are going to get for a $300 kit!!!
