JAMS Promotions

JAMS Promotions is a promotional agency run by Andrew van der Spuy and Mike O'Brien for bands based out of central Maryland. It was changed from A&M promotions to JAMS promotions in late January 2008. We are dedicated to providing the deprived bands and music fans of this area the best shows possible at a price that everyone can afford. Our shows will not only be a place to find good music, but meet new friends and have a good time in an awesome atmosphere.



Obviously we cannot do this alone. It's not just us that are a part of JAMS promotions, it's every band and every single person who comes out to the shows and supports these great bands. You guys make these shows possible, and the more people that come out.the bigger they get. The sky is the limit people, but we need your help!



Since March 2009, JAMS Promotions has not run any shows due to Woods Holy Grounds getting shut down, causing us to go on a hiatus. There are no current plans for JAMS to come back, but both of us will continue to support local music! Be sure to check out Phein Promotions in our top friends, who are now running shows at the newly renovated Contrast Hall in Glen Burnie, the next big thing in the Maryland music scene. A huge thank you to every single person who has supported us and local music, we miss you!
