ANDOVER

NOVEMBER UPDATE



So, most unfortunately, we have decided to call it quits. We have searched for a singer for the past several months but just haven't been able to find someone able to keep the band going.



To some of you, this is pretty bad news. To others, it may be good news. Either way you look at it we would all like to say thank you for the love and support you all have given us. We went for an amazing 2 years filled with lots of great moments. From our first show at St. Christophers in June of 2007 to our last show at Woods a few months agoit has been a great journey. We all have grown immensely close as friends. more like brothers. We have met some great people and we thank them all for helping us in all the ways possible. It definitely sucks that we had to go out this way and couldn't give you a farewell show but its just the way it worked out.



To those of you who came to Dave's and now our final show, thanks for coming out. It was such a great show to end on. You guys performed as a crowd better than we ever could have performed as musicians. It was shows like that one that keep local music going.



On that note, we will all continue to take part in the music scene in some way or another. As of right now, Stephen and Jason will be starting a new project, I (Brian) will be doing some solo stuff, you can check that out at WWW.MYSPACE.COM/ASILAYBRIAN. Soon i will post a link to Stephen and Jason's project as soon as it becomes available. Mike O will be looking for a gig in theatre and possibly looking for another band to join.



So, please wish us luck and thank you all again so very much for everything you have done for us. Its been a great ride. We will keep you posted on all of our other projects when we get more information. And lets all hope for an Andover Reunion one day!

Andover, Formed in the Spring of 2007 is a melting pot of music formed by Members Dave C., Stephen K., Brian S., Jason C., and Mike O Andover brings to the table what no other bands can. They use their wide range of influences to create songs that appeal to everyone. Whether it be metal fans, pop fans, hardcore fans, punk fans and others alike, no word can sum up what Andover does. You can only take words like upbeat, in-your-face, crunchy, raw, melodic, heart-pounding and more to describe the sound of Andover. Andover is not afraid to use any particular style in their music. They play what they love and it comes out sounding fresh and exciting. Andover has come into the industry swinging and no one can stop them now.
