The Colle der Fomento are a group hip hop Italian born in Rome in 1994.
Initially it was formed by rapper Damage and Masito Fresh and disc jockey and beatmaker Ice One, replaced in 1999 by DJ Baro. The Colle der Fomento were among the forerunners of the Italian rap scene.

The initial name of the band is "Taverna Eighth Colle," which debuted in 1994 with the single Above the hill that is included in the compilation Rap rap or published by Irma Records.
In 1996 the trio again for the public Irma Records hate filled, LP debut of the group, produced by Ice One. The disc gets a good response both in terms of criticism that in terms of sales, becoming a classic of Italian rap.
