INSURRECTION

INSURRECTION was a band of Hate,Violence,Revenge,Determination, and strength. This Origional metal band bassed on the minds of five dedicated musicians from valparaiso, Indiana formed in the summer of 2005, and are still pushing on. ever since the release of their first five track demo in 2006 titled "Wretched Sphere of Dirt and Flesh," the band immediatly began building a fan base through Myspace, radio play, and by playing shows locally wherever they can plug in and not get shut down by police.



Becuase of the fact that each member of the band has been influenced by so many styles/genres of music, they created a sound that takes metal to a whole new level. From Oldschool metal/black metal to rock, death metal to punk, all has had an Impact on them. Throughout the years, the band has gone through several drummers and bass players. As of now the line up ends with Jon Novak on drums, Ryan heath & Shawn Benge on guitars, and Josh Nicholson on vocals.



As of October 10, 2007, the great music that we have created and will always remember, has come to an unfortunate end. This band was cursed with many problems that could not be repaired. We apologize to whatever fans we have left out there that we have given up. That's how shit goes. As of now, each member remains a friend to another, but must part ways in music. Each one of us will be keeping an eye out for more talent around the area though. To all great bands who are in need of members, let us tell you, please do not let these talents go to waste. There is much of it in each member, so don't pass them by. We thank everyone for being supportive to us and our endeavors. We shall leave you with our latest songs on this site to please your ears. So now we must move on, for there are new horizons ahead Goodbye, and farewell INSURRECTION!! HAIL!!
