DESCRIPTION:
Imogen Gunner, fiddle player and composer is joined by Iranian brothers Shahab and Shayan Coohe (half of the band Nava) on Santoor, Tombak and Tar for a musical exploration and improvisation around Irish and Persian music. Facilitated by Imogen and hosted by RIAM, the event on April 25th 2017, consisted of a concert and workshop for BMusEd and BComp students of Imogen's RIAM/TCD first year Irish Music module.
