Peter Lansford is an underground house music producer based in San Diego, California. His first release on Dolphin Friendly Tunage is a three track EP of incredibly deep and atmospheric house.
'Identity Crisis', the first track, is a collaboration between Peter and Swedish producer Herman Crantz. Between lush synths, pulsating bass-lines, dark vocals, and skippy percussion the production values in this track are really high and it would fit in perfectly in a deep or tech house set. The second track 'VOLS' is an 80's inspired deep synthy number with one of the catchiest bass-lines you will hear this summer. From the glistening arpeggios to the lush pads this track pads along with the kind of energy expected at 6am on an Ibiza terrace. Last but not least is 'Eyes On You' a funky retro inspired deep house track which certainly does not let the EP down.
This EP lives up to the high standards that people have come to expect from Peter Lansford and he is certainly a name you will be hearing more and more of.
