Students in 6th grade general music class recorded themselves playing guitars on the chord progression I-IV-I-V7-I. They then recorded themselves singing and/or "rapping" a poem they wrote in ABAB form or AABB form in the style of a ballad from the Middle Ages. They recorded these projects in GarageBand on our school's iPads. Spring 2013
