Purpose of the video, is for relaxation, and meditation. To enter another state of wellbeing.
Whatever you may or may not feel, or think, not think, during the time or after the time you have listened to this, or/and watched it, is your responsibility alone. Stop blaiming and judging others. Period. By doing so, you are doing it to your self. Just like everything else you do in life. You make the choice each moment, what to feel, think, say and do. Be more aware of your words, emotions, thoughts, take responsibility of yourself. Be honest, humble, respectful, compassionate, and excited. Whatever state/vibration you are vibrating at, meaning emotionally etc, it will reflect who you are in the moment. What you say, think and do, says alot about you. Whatever type of emotions you have. Keep in mind, if you are angry, judgemental, and don't respect others of their own experiences, and reality, you are doing it to yourself, and if it is so, like this example. Ask yourself why you are doing it? When you take NOTHING personal, ever. YOUR life becomes ALOT easier. If you also add to have ZERO expectations to the outcome of your choices, EVER. Amazings things will begin to unfold in your own life. Most people expect alot of others, even as low as nothing towards themselves. Many expect things, and disappoint themselves emotionally by doing so, which is set off by your thoughts, your choice, so you are actually allowing yourself to feel this, because you set off the idea to become anxious, or excited by "waiting" or built up a belief within yourself of what others should and shouldn't do towards your own reality, your own perspectives, and when they don't fall in place for you, you disappoint yourself, so have ZERO expectations. What others say of you, says alot about them. Keep in mind and heart this. It ALL begins with YOU.
