Lo-Fi GTA 2

A commercial station in the Industrial Area that plays oldies and pop. The DJ is the Welsh DJ Dai (Dai is a Welsh abbreviation for the name 'David'), who doesn't seem to have any ties to the gangs in the area. Dai claims to be a "spiritual dee-jay". Also, he apparently suffered a 'compound neck fracture' in a car-jacking and is planning his own funeral on-air, sending out invitations and talking about buying a casket.
