DESCRIPTION:
I decided to start my year off right by getting a little exercise...at the gun range!

Just pistols this time--no rifles--but it was fun to send some lead down range and punch holes in paper. And it was a great way to ring in the new year.

Dave came along, as he wanted to try out the new grips on his Walther PPK/S. He let me use that too, and the grips are an improvement over the old, original ones he had on that pistol.

The draw and double tap drill showed me that if I shot one-handed, my rounds almost always ended up about low-gut level, but if I went with a two-handed hold, they went to the chest. Interesting.

Viewing the video, it looks like the Polish woodland camouflage blends nicely with the vegetation here (yes, I got the jacket for Christmas).
