In this track, I combined isochornic pulses with binaural beats for maximum effect. I combined a 324 hz track (theta wave at 9 hz) with a delta binaural beats track to stimulate the human growth hormone (HGH) production/release. The frequencies used are 1.05 hz at 144.72 hz, which is in this track the isochronic pulse.
