Ekove Efrits started in the year 2000 to provide an outlet for all the dark emotions and expression of the attitude of one person - Count de Efrit. In the same year was recorded the first demo tape in a bad quality and , honestly , quite a controversial issue in the musical value . The demo was " cleaned the table " and the project is gone for a long four years .
In 2005, the Efreet reiterates itself - the release of crude and monolithic «Unholy Graves», which is due to the specificity of the country " producer" in the BM- underground noticed not too many but appreciated, however, is appreciated. Then things have been going on Efreet off - exit «Under the Funeral Witches» became possible to speak about his own handwriting project, «The wrath of Forgotten Forest» already agreed to publish the Latvian label Evil Distribution. The edition was limited to 150 copies CD-R, but is made from the heart. Around the same time the Estonian Hexenreich released the album «Into the Dark Tower» friendly Efreet project Sorg Innkallelse, on which there is the result of collaboration of two musicians - Count de Efrit of Ekove Efrits and SadSoul of Sorg Innkallelse. «Incessant winds of despair» was recorded two underground Persian - figures, it clearly traced the handwriting of both projects . From quick and vicious Part Sorg Innkallelse track becomes sticky pridumovannuyu second part - Ekove Efrits. The next release is objectively better in Ekove Efrits - split with the American project Bard Brann ( ex Kampfgruppe 829) - already released in Germany on CD (ltd.to 500 ) . «Suicidal Rebirth» - in Belarus, for Possession, has a circulation of 1,000. Album hit the spot is not all , but the foolish to deny Efreet development as a musician.
The project is at a crossroads - continue along the new road , or to go back to the old ? Efreet Launches Silent Path - a side project, which would be absorbed in himself the best there is in the so-called «Funeral Black Metal» - school of mid DSBM Doom metal, classic which is considered Nortt. Quickly enough the album was recorded , filmed the clip - but the release was delayed and the album was never released to this day . Output is expected to CD in Digipack, again on the Latvian Evil Distribution.
The year 2009 marked the re-release of old material - in the winter edition of 50 ( instantly flown apart !) Copies were reissued «Into the funeral witches». For the re-release of this time was responsible Greek Ungod group Sad, Slaughtered Priest, Necrohell, under the auspices of his label Metal Throne. In the summer of 2009 the owner of Salts & Ashes Prod. offers Count'u de Efrit'u reissue «Unholy Graves», though insisting on giving the re - release of a certain percentage of originality. For this project from the bins were removed two previously unreleased songs . Original release was scheduled for CD-R, but its distribution was discontinued and the end of the winter of 2010, already marked by the re-release on CD. After that, Salts & Ashes Prod. Signs Ekove Efrits and announces the publication and «Hypermnesia» - Efreet experimental album , made in the style of Darkwave Experimental Neoclassic.
