JUDAS PRIEST # HELL BENT FOR LEATHER # FULL ALBUM 1979 (EDITION U.S.)

The original title, (Killing Machine) brought several discussions with Columbia Records - the distributor of their records in the United States - since according to them the name could have "killer implications" and was too aggressive to put it on sale.

For that reason and not to have problems with the great buyers of the American market, the seal suggested to them that they changed the name of the disc, finally calling it Hell Bent for Leather and that it went on sale not only in the United States, but also in Canada And in other smaller markets. This edition included as exclusive track a version of "The Green Manalishi (With the Two Pronged Crown)", original of Fleetwood Mac, and that had been written in 1970 by the guitarist Peter Green weeks before his exit.
