Helixir is one of the founder of the Strasbourg based label called Sens Inverse. Dedicated to Electro Dub stuff this label exists till 2003.

DT BLUES
D.T.Blues is a Nantes based french DJ & producer. after a few experiences in noisy pop band influenced by the madchester scene, he started spinning chicago & acid House in 1996. In the same time he gets involved in a reggae band called Kali Yuga Mandala, as percusssionist and singer. Working in a local radio station from 2000 to 2004, he animated a dub show called "le septieme voyage" during two years, and then produce the urbandisco radio show also broadcast in brussell and montpellier. In 2003 he was selected for the red bull music academy in Cap Town, South Africa, with 30 music nerds coming from all around the world. Since 2004, he's working as sound designer and musician for contemporary dance & theater shows and take part to a few electronic projects : Electrock sound system, Jukebox, Soul surgeons, Jack Jacques, Lomic. As DJ, he played alongside people like Darshan Jesrani (Metro Area), Justine Elektra, Krikor, France Copland, Pilooski, Detect, Dj Orgamic (TTC)... At the end of 2007, he came back to an old musical love : the dub and all his affiliated styles like dubstep or grime


Helixir - Capioera Dub
The Dubstep train rumbles through town carrying a payload of brazil beat exponents enroute to musical fusion.
The traditional percussion sits perfectly with the dubstep format, as the strings beckon you into the capioera circle.

Helixir - The Tekstep
Teksteppin it up a notch or three, helixir drops a dancefloor stomper.
A tight arrangment that allows its many elements to play their role to maximum effect

Helixir - Suburbanisim
An ominous dark roller, Helixir draws you in with suburbanisim.
A tribal intro builds to a drop that goes through the floor to the underworld
as the dub trance takes hold, you can only hope that you'll be guided safely back to your own world

Helixir - Sandman Dub
A haunting tune that rides into psychedelic panjabi dreamscapes. propelled on by an ever intensifiying synth bass.
Laced with tabla and well placed vocal establishments, shes a a slow creeper

A Skanking dubby stomper, this tune is so infectious you'll be wondering why your feet cant stop moving.
