DESCRIPTION:
Some songs are happy songs. Others are not. This song is not a happy song. I wrote it three years ago, and it became the title track of my album "Haze." I wanted to make a music video for it because I really like how the song turned out. It was almost entirely recorded and produced at home, at a time when I was very new to producing. Then my friends Olivia Lee and Beau Sorenson helped me finish it at Tiny Telephone Recording Studios here in San Francisco.

The video was made by three people. It was a collaborative effort involving me, my incredibly talented friend/cinematographer/editor Kimberly Smalling, and a brilliantly creative makeup artist named Karl Sanchez.

Also, a very moody and impetuous haze-machine named Josh. Josh the Hazer. That's his name now.
