Hayley

My name is Hayley Makanani and I was born on the island of maui, on March 2nd 1984. Music has been a big part of my life ever since is was born. My dad, Juan Ramos, had been playing music all his life and made sure he put that same love of music into my sister and I. Besides my dad, my whole family on his side are musical. My dads brothers and sisters, and their children, ( a few of you might know a guy named B.U.B.lolmy cousin/brother). We had a family band for many years of my childhood and about 12 years ago my sister and dad formed a band called, The Silver Spur Band. I played with them from time to time and still do, but nothing can change my love for reggae , R&B and hip hop. I just sing for the love of music. I have been blessed enough to have B.U.B. produce and record a number of songs with me and also co-write many of my songs. I just love music.whether I'm singing it or just listening to it, music will forever be in my life. I hope you enjoy the few songs that are on this page and I'm glad that i can share them with you:)
