The full version of this pure tone meditation track is 45 minutes long, and utilizes 9
total tone sets. Each set combines a specific assortment of
solfeggio tones along with frequency carriers which link to each of
the 7 chakras. The starting phase is 10 minutes and connects to the
root chakra, as well as the solfeggio harmonic tone for releasing fear
& judgement. After the first 10 minutes, a new tone pairing is
gradually introduced every 5 minutes to bring your awareness into
alignment with cosmic consciousness to create a state of
expansion and feeling of oneness with source.
