DESCRIPTION:
Hard Rock Sallinen was founded 1975 in Kauhava, and was probably the first Metal band in Finland ( Music had lots of Hard rock tendencies though ). Hard Rock Sallinen recorded "Lets make love/Solong my friend" Single in 1980 through Rockit and "Heavy Metal Symphony" full-length in 1982, through Zero label. Band also recorded live albums in Rock Rallye '77 and Provinssi Rock '80.The band didn't apparently have such a big influence to the finnish audience back then and after Hard Rock Sallinen came to it's end after their full-length, the bands members did not continue with any new projects. Still this band can be considered as the first milestone in the Heavy Metal History of Finland.
