BACKGROUND: I attempted to get Banks on the road and get him some due recognition, by working with a band playing Original Yes Songs from the first 2 Yes albums. At first the idea was to have players from Yes tribute band play with him and call it Affirmative. Then, Peter preferred the idea of Ambrosia since he was good friends with drummer Burleigh Drummond. He was excited about this idea. But suddenly he got very ill with several symptoms. He had no choice but to say that it can't happen. It almost did! Peter died some 48 months later as he his 2 years weren't very easy at all. NEVER underestimate the influence Peter had on the Yes sound that we enjoyed through all of the 70's. Love you Pete.
