Beat Maniacs are back on Stellar headquarters after a quite experimental remix on LoQuai & Ewan Rill's 'Recollection Of Past's' the serbian duo get back on the progressive route, with an emotional, melodic piece called 'Athens'. The additional versions of the track comes from Nik Nazarov and One Million Toys.
'Athens' in original mix combines the sentimental synth layers with a darker, energetic groove. Nik Nazarov went into a more deeper direction, with floating strings and a powerful baseline on top. One Million Toys is known for his brave approach in his works, this time Sagy used a synth preset that sounds like an electronic guitar. This solo is giving the track a raw feel in a good way, while he drops some warm chords on the other end to keep the prog edge here.
