This song was written by Jim Whitmer and Greg Peddie and BIG BANG..........this song is about that thing inside of you that makes you play music!! It isnt a choice its your very life/blood it HAS TO BE!! I am addressing that "thing" that is inside me and also telling alittle about my childhood and my parents and what was going on in my head in my early 20s when "this" was happening to me. And of coarse I had to throw in the fact that at the time this song was written, my lover was with me through all the changes in my seasons. And trust me, some of those seasons SUCKED!!
