In this video interview taped at the 2013 Monterey Jazz Festival, trumpeter Dave Douglas talks about the record label he founded - Greenleaf Music - originally to release his own music. However, the label has expanded and now has several artists on the roster, including bassists Linda Oh and Matt Ulery, trombonist Ryan Keberle and drummer Rudy Royston.
