DESCRIPTION:
Go Van Gogh playing live from some time in 2002. The venue was a monthly house concert in SF's western addition. Here is a lost piece of our Afro Funk period, with a few scorching solos by Connie Walkershaw on Sax and Brad Bechtel on Lap Steel. Beside Brad and Connie, current GVG members Jesse Walkershaw is on Bass, as well as GVG alums Mark Degeller on Guitar, Dave Humbird on trap set, and Chuck Kapelke on percussion.
The video was shot on a super dv mini cam (new technology back then) that Chuck was making public access shows with. He just handed the camera to a random guy in the crowd, and the fellow did a great job.
