This old 10-inch record was released in the USA as WHIZ #9 in circa 1948 and has been part of my personal collection. Can anybody identify the performers?

I ripped this record's contents for my enjoyment and created this video hoping to share it with others who appreciate hard-to-find and obscure recordings.
