For well over 15 years Dexter has been serving as Road Manager for a cavalcade of TOP STARs which include most recently KEITH SWEAT tours and spot dates as well as the SWEAT HOTEL show and DVD production live in Atlanta. During the course of his career Dexter has also worked with SILK, KUT KLOSE and LSG. Dexter is an ambitious and self-motivated professional with a successful and progressive record of experience in the areas of tour, artist and event management. A dedicated team player with strong leadership, project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of the team, ranging from management to headliners and supporting acts.
