To the utter delight of the Mile One audience, Alan Doyle and Bob Hallett (aka Great Big Sea) - who were aptly introduced by Dean Brody as "the Pride of St. John's"- come out to join him and his band for his tour-opening show's main set-closer, Brody's mega-hit song "It's Friday," on which GBS performs on both the recording and in the officialvideo.
