from the pit in front of the stage, the first encore song, 33rd overall, from the 3 plus hour Mike Garson organized "Celebrating David Bowie" show, the second night in Los Angeles and fourth night of the tour. David performed an acoustic version of this several times on television and radio programs when Earthling was released, Gail does a great job reproducing that style (David originally played this with Reeves Gabrels in 1997).
