It's incredible what you can do with a keyboard, a bass guitar, and the Yamaha AW16G. If we only had this kind of equipment back in the old band days...we might have made some money at it. We didn't plan on doing this song, but its a great and powerful Neil Diamond hit. And the great thing about this song is that it can be about anyone, a spouse, a lover, a school chum, a father, a child, a best friend, and even some old friends we all had. These were our friends, just as though they lived right next door to us. And it's nice to have things like TV Land, Netflix, Hulu, and You Tube, so even today we can flip a switch, press a button and visit our friends all over again. And if you think I've gone off the deep end and turned completely sappy, I'm sorry, I'm getting sentimental in my old age. This started out as just karaoke but we added our own instrumentation and luckily this is still barely in my limited range. I play the bass and try to sing it. And I mixed it down on the AW16G. So say Hello Again to just a few of our old friends...
