DESCRIPTION:
Here's an Electronic groove I made a few days ago.

- All the synth bits are from the Novation Bass Station 2 (My go-to monosynth these days). I've had it for over a year and still find it a joy to program.

- All the drum/percussion parts are from Image-Line's DrumSynth Live, an xox emulator (xox being slang for the range of analog drum machine's Roland put out in the 80's: the TR-707, 808, and 909). To be honest, in the past I was never too into these sounds and felt people sweated them too much. But with the flexibility and control I have with DrumSynth, I can really take these tried and true staple sounds to interesting places. With that said, I really only used "classic" sounding presets for this sketch.

- Most of the patterns here are (as is par for the course for me) Afro-Cuban based and mostly in clave.
