Originally released by California based group, Feather, on White Whale Records in 1970. This was a regional hit during the Summer of 1970, a minor hit in Louisville, KY on both WKLO and WAKY. John Townsend went on to form the successful Sanford-Townsend Band ("Smoke From A Distant Fire"), bassist Larry Sims and drummer Merel Bregante started with The Sunshine Company, went on to play with Loggins and Messina in the 70's.
